Indian Creek Event Center offers an affordable rental option that allows you to celebrate life’s special moments without sacrificing charm, space, or atmosphere. With a rental rate of just $600, the venue provides a beautiful historic setting perfect for weddings, graduations, anniversaries, reunions, retirement parties, birthdays, and more. The warm wood interior, spacious layout, and flexible setup options allow you to personalize the space to fit your vision while keeping your event budget-friendly. Whether you are planning an elegant celebration or a casual gathering, Indian Creek Event Center offers exceptional value in a one-of-a-kind Northwoods setting. 

Capacity

 Indian Creek Event Center offers a spacious and flexible layout with seating capacity for up to 300 guests, making it an ideal venue for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, family reunion, graduation party, anniversary celebration, retirement event, or community gathering, the venue provides plenty of room for dining, entertainment, dancing, displays, and socializing. The open floor plan allows the space to be customized to fit your event style while ensuring guests remain comfortable and connected throughout the celebration.

Tables and chairs included or not

 Indian Creek Event Center includes tables and chairs with every rental, helping simplify the planning process and reduce additional event costs. With seating already available on-site, couples, families, and event organizers can focus more on decorating and personalizing the space rather than coordinating extra rentals. The flexible setup options allow the venue to be arranged for dining, receptions, ceremonies, presentations, dancing, and gatherings of all sizes, making it easy to create the perfect layout for your event. 

Kitchen access

 Indian Creek Event Center includes access to a full kitchen, providing added convenience for catering, food preparation, serving, and event setup. The kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, generous counter space, and a convenient raised pass-through counter, making it easy to serve food, desserts, beverages, and refreshments to guests. Whether you are preparing meals on-site, working with a caterer, hosting a potluck-style gathering, or setting up a drink station, the kitchen offers the flexibility and functionality needed to help your event run smoothly. 

Decorating rules

 Indian Creek Event Center welcomes personalized decorations to help make your event unique and memorable. To preserve the beauty and historic character of the venue, we ask that all decorations be temporary and venue-friendly. Decorations may be placed on tables and freestanding displays; however, items should not be permanently attached to walls, ceilings, wood surfaces, or fixtures. We ask guests to avoid materials that may cause damage or require extensive cleanup. Event organizers are encouraged to coordinate decorating plans in advance to help ensure a smooth setup experience while maintaining the charm of the venue for future celebrations. 


Avoid / Not Allowed:
✘ Nails, screws, staples, tacks into walls/wood
✘ Glitter / confetti (cleanup nightmare 😅)
✘ Open flames (unless approved)
✘ Tape that damages surfaces
✘ Smoke machines (unless approved)
✘ Hanging items from ceilings without permission

Setup and cleanup expectations

 Indian Creek Event Center allows renters time to personalize and prepare the venue to fit their event vision while helping ensure the space remains welcoming for future guests. Event organizers are responsible for setup, decorating, and returning the facility to its original condition following the event. This includes removing decorations, collecting personal items, placing trash in designated containers, wiping down surfaces as needed, and returning tables and chairs to their original arrangement if moved. Our goal is to provide a flexible and enjoyable experience while maintaining the beauty and historic character of the venue for everyone to enjoy. 

Alcohol policy

 Indian Creek Event Center allows guests to bring in kegs of beer for their event; however, mixed drinks and additional alcoholic beverages are encouraged to be purchased through the Hidden Tavern, conveniently located directly across the parking lot from the venue. This partnership provides guests with easy access to cocktails and beverages while supporting a local business and helping simplify event planning. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring alcohol service and consumption follows all applicable laws and regulations during their event. 

Deposit amount

 To reserve and hold your event date, Indian Creek Event Center requires a refundable deposit of $250. This deposit helps secure your reservation and will be fully returned after the event, provided the facility is left clean, undamaged, and returned to its original condition. Event organizers are responsible for cleanup following their event, including removing decorations and personal items, disposing of trash, cleaning used areas, and restoring the venue setup as needed. Our goal is to keep the venue beautiful and welcoming for all future guests while providing an affordable and flexible event space.

Parking information

 Indian Creek Event Center offers plenty of on-site parking, providing convenient access for guests attending events of all sizes. In addition to standard vehicle parking, there is also space available for campers and RVs for guests who wish to stay overnight and continue enjoying the celebration. Please note that while overnight camper parking is welcomed, there are no water, sewer, or electrical hookups available on the property. Guests planning to stay overnight should plan accordingly.

Handicap accessibility

 Indian Creek Event Center is handicap accessible, helping ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy weddings, celebrations, reunions, and special events. The facility is designed to provide accessible entry and ease of movement throughout the venue, making it welcoming for guests of all ages and mobility levels.
